This "wow" piece is made of 5 joined sections. It is intricately painted with scenes depicting traditional Chinese life. The paintings are interesting in that they have perspective, and at times, a cartoonish feel. So on the one hand, this is a very tradtiional ware, on the other, it has elements of whimsy and humour, and an individualist artistic feel.
